Bill Ury was raised in Taiwan as the son of United Methodist                 

           missionaries.  After graduate work he began to teach Systematic 

           theology at Wesley Biblical Seminary where he has had the privilege

           of serving for fifteen years. Bill married the former Diane Nelson in

           1984. They have three daughters and a son, JoAnna, Maighdlin,

           Meredith, and Seth. The Urys are members of Christ United

           Methodist Church, Jackson, MS and they reside in Madison,

           Mississippi.  Bill’s hobbies include conversing, jogging, and soccer.
